New rug painting as permanent installation for Honeycomb salon in Minneapolis, procured by Erin Flavin. A thematic celebration of the planetary Great Conjunction which fell on the winter solstice of 2020, Saturn is bringing new rules for how to win collectively and aligning with Jupiter who is bringing love and luck. Many believe this cosmic event marks the official beginning of the Age of Aquarius, ending an over two thousand year run with the Age of Pisces. I will be the artist in residence at Honeycomb for many months, updating the walls with new works from my studio.
